Does the government use these parameters to change policies of Nepal's economy?

Policy change in Nepal is a complicated and often a very slow process. It would be ideal to have the government change policies based on the report and towards creating a more economically free policy regime. However the "gari khana deu" campaign , we have been strongly advocating for safety of life and Property, Rule of Law and freedom  to Enterprise , which are three strong components of economic freedom.

Also, with one of our latest studies we tried to ho economic translates to day-to-day life of micro and small enterpreneurs in Nepal and for that we used Nepal's Kirana Pasals as an example. Through our study, we saw that in order to help these micro enterpreneurs grow , we need to expand economic freedom . So as we scale up our advocacy on the finding of this study , we are likely to see some policy change in few of the many parameters the report outlines.
